No, we are a tour agent selling tours for the tour operators on a commission. We already have the lowest prices available and therefore also the lowest margins why we are not able to discount further. However, for groups more than 10 people we may be able to offer discount. We offer the option of cash payment for those who can not pay online which means you need to transfer the money from a bank or CDM-machine in Thailand to our bank account latest the day prior to the tour. Just chose Cash Payment on the checkout page for this payment option.

Our online booking closes at 20:00 Thailand time (UTC+7) the day before the tour. We cannot process bookings after that time.

We do not accept specified addresses since addresses cannot easily be found in Thailand. We can only pick up from places that have a name on Google Maps or if an accurate Google Maps link can be provided. In lack of such, another location needs to be specified for the pick-up.

• Speedboat: Max around 35 people. Smaller speedboats are not used for tours, only for private charter.
• Phi Phi Islands by Cruise Boat: Max around 400 people.
• James Bond Island by Cruise Boat: Max around 80 people.
• James Bond Island by Longtail Boat: Max around 50 people. Smaller longtail boats are not used for tours, only for private charter.
• Catamaran: Max around 65 people.
• Fishing Boat: Max around 15 people.

All boat types except the longtail boats have a toilet on board.

No, we do not offer airport transfer at all.

You will be notified prior to the tour and offered the tour on another day or you will get a full refund.

Yes, you can cancel or change the date of most tours latest 18.00 the day before the tour. You just need to send us an e-mail to request the change or cancellation. For cancellation we will refund 100% of your payment minus the Stripe commission of a few percent. Please read our Terms & Conditions.

It is only the tour operator that can cancel a tour before it starts due to weather conditions. The weather in Phuket often change rapidly. The weather can be very bad at one instance and change to perfect sunshine soon thereafter. A tour is never cancelled due to rain, only due to too high waves for safety reasons. If you choose to not go on a tour due to the weather you will loose the tour with no refund.

An air-conditioned minibus will come to your hotel and the driver will look for you in the lobby. Should he not find you, he will ask for you at the reception desk. After the tour you will be dropped off outside your hotel.

Just call our hotline number specified on the tour voucher if the pick-up bus has not arrived 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time on the tour voucher and we will sort it out with the tour operator and call you back. This may happen when the tour operator is picking up other customers before you.

All tour operators offer vegetarian choices. Just enter in the information box on the shopping cart page that you want vegetarian food and we will book that for you. Halal food is served on all tours.

That is not a problem but the tour operator would like to have the tour voucher to facilitate their administration. You can show the voucher on your smartphone or just note down the tour voucher number.

• We do not pick up from Phi Phi Islands or any other island.
• We only pick up from Khao Lak and Natai Beach for the Similan Islands tours and the Surin Islands tour.
• We only pick up from Ao Nang and Krabi Town for the Krabi Islands tour.

No, we do not pick up cruise ship passengers since there are two different cruise arrival points in Phuket very far from each other. Sometimes it is decided on the very same day where a ship will arrive and the cruise arrival information is not publicly available.

No, we do not pick up from the airport for tours since there are two different terminals, flights may be delayed and the check-out process from the airport may take a long time.

Yes, please mention in the comment box when you book that you want to drive to the tour by yourself. We will attach a map and specify the latest arrival time at the meeting point with the tour voucher. Please note that no refund will be granted for failure to arrive according to specification on the tour voucher.

We only sell tours online why we do not have a walk-in office for customers.
