| Phi Phi Islands by Cruise Boat |
|
This tour gives you passage on the Phi Phi Cruiser. It's a ferry boat that takes regular passengers from Phuket Town to Phi Phi Town. You'll see the boat in the photo above. It's also called 'big boat', 'express boat' or 'luxury boat'. It takes about 400 passengers. You're offered seats in an indoor lounge or on the sun-deck. The Phi Phi Cruiser is far and away the best ferry boat in Phuket. The Phi Phi Cruiser arrives at Phi Phi Leh Island, making a stop at the mouth of Maya Bay (made famous in the movie 'The Beach') for distant viewing. It then continues at slow speed past Loh Samah Bay, Pileh Cove and Viking Cave before stopping at Phi Phi Don Island and docking at Phi Phi Town. In Phi Phi town, you'll be served lunch at a hotel. Then you may have time for a short stroll around Phi Phi Town before you'll have the option to be taken by a smaller boat to a pontoon in Coral Bay for snorkeling. If you'd rather not snorkel you'll have the option of a longer visit to Phi Phi town. After that, it's time for the return trip to Phuket Town. This tour is also offered with a VIP option. It includes seating in the top-deck VIP lounge of the Phi Phi Cruiser with air-condition and complimentary refreshments. |
